We know how important relaxation is for us
But do we stick to it?
Is there a good balance between family, work and relaxation?
How important are place and time?
While some seek relaxation through sport and jog for miles, dance and ski, others are creative and let the sewing machine rattle, paint pictures or knit row after row of stitches.
And then there are the museum lovers and bookworms,
Garden lovers and baking fairies.
I personally find during the winter months
rest in nothing.
If we humans were to hibernate,
I would definitely be the very first
who would fall into deep, healthy sleep.
Maybe that's why I'm a big fan of knitted blankets.
Cozy, warm and I don't want to give it away.
Where and how do you find relaxation?
A relaxing weekend
wishes you
Nina
