Yes!
Two days ago I came home from work at 6 p.m. I entered a house full of happy children, a man, content, sitting on the sofa, smiling. Unusually harmonious and happy, almost frightening, the mood was so good. Normally at 6 p.m. homework is done, sports lessons are attended, library books are collected and dinner is prepared. When asked what had happened, my husband answered briefly (with a smile, of course); I'm a yes-man today. Well, then everything is clear. What this meant in concrete terms became clear to me a few minutes later. My eldest daughter had said goodbye to all family activities and disappeared into her room with a book and dinner. My middle daughter had a party with her friends, including an overnight stay on the trampoline in the garden. And my youngest daughter was allowed to watch a film.
We had a very peaceful and happy evening.
From now on I will be the ultimate yes-man !
